I prefer high voltage vv vaping with 3/3.5 atomizers, which I use at 5-6+ volts. I have checked my Buzz voltage to be informed of what voltage I'm at and have found I've been enjoying my vape at 7+ from time to time. Hence the suggestion for keeping that which the original Buzz has, the availability to turn it up.

Poppa under load that voltage is actually at 6 volts ! the unloaded voltage will read higher but once the batteries see the LOAD it will drop , you basically have it maxed out . The pro range has a max of 5.5 volts ( I cannot change this ! ) But it will be VERY close to where you are right now .

Well the way I figure it most of the vapers in the world haven't got a clue what a volt, well maybe not a volt but a watt or an amp is anyway. If they saw they were at 1.20 amps they wouldn't have any idea what that means. I have 2 multimeter's, one screw on I got from notcigs and a passthrough that has volts and amps readout on it and I don't look at them because the vapor production is what I'm concerned with. I don't care if it says 1 volt or 12 volts, what I care about is the vape I'm receiving from it. Now for testing I like having those things but for cruising at 55, well actually more like 70, I just need to take a puff and if it's not enough power turn it up. With the Infinity I can do that and with the Pro I'll be able to do that. I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't want all the snaps and whistles but not at the price and also the more features you have the more to break down, more cost, longer production and higher repair costs.

The thumb Wheel design deals with that exactly 5CS , My whole Idea was to make it so you do NOT need to know you just need to know where the line is ! , so Far it works well, for me at least. We also found a new paint that stays on the wheel better , I know that there have been problems with it coming off so we used !!!!!

WAiT ,

Automotive touch up paint ! it works great.

It's just what you put it on. every material has paint that adheres better to it. I did a pickup for a guy yrs. ago and used this new paint. I cant remember the name of it now but it needed special primer, hardener and thinner. Anyway he had a louvered tailgate on it and one of the louvers came off on the freeway. He said it skidded down the road 60mph for a long ways. All it did was scuff the paint a little, not one chip was in it. I'm sure you'll find some. Get the flexible parts paint.

Mike-
I just want to say upfront that I have a lot of respect for what I think you are trying to achieve with your PV line. I ended up here and purchased an Infinity after a lot of research. I also want to say that obviously it is your "show", you are putting up the capitol and time investments so the decisions are yours. As you know, in business, these days, you have to stake out your territory or "niche" to be a success, those who try to be everything to all people usually fail miserably. It is obvious you are as good a businessman as you are a designer of PVs. (ps this is a compliment although it sounds a bit awkward lol)

I also think it is great that you ask for opinions and input. However, things so often don't come across well with the written word on a computer screen - when you state "I am not chasing the market" in response to proffered suggestions, this may be seen as a rebuke by some. I believe that your intention is to state that your design parameters are performance, durability, low cost, aesthetics (roughly in that order), and; that for instance, a digital display, does not enhance performance, creates another failure point, increases cost and only enhances aesthetics for a small portion of the market - therefore, it is not something that you would be interested in incorporating into the Notcigs line of PVs.

Anyway, my point is I think it is awesome that you request opinions, but I think i think stating some parameters for suggestions would help. Also, and I realize you are a busy guy, but sometimes an explanation of why an idea doesn't work within your business model or design parameters can help steer things in the right direction.

I personally do see a big difference between "Bling" and "aesthetics", I do hope you won't be making any special edition diamond studded gold Buzzes anytime soon, lol, however, a simple industrial design can look gorgeous if done right (ala Apple) as opposed to rough.

Ok, sorry for rambling - I feel like I should just delete all this because I forgot exactly why I started to write this and I think I am probably being incoherent at this point. just ignore anything nonsensical!

.... uh, can't wait for the Pro line to come out, I'm very excited! It seems like you are going to be very busy finishing up these designs and then getting them built. When you're ready I have a few ideas I think are great (I have even more bad ideas, lol)

Thanks for your input and you are right I suck with words sometimes !, I should try more to state things more diplomatically .
I learned a LONG time ago that the first to the plate with new designs usually wins in the long run .

I am very aware of what the others are doing based on the original Buzz basic performance increase to this market. I am not trying to be a spouter of " Oh we were first etc., ) but most of you have seen VV blow up in the market , I am surprised that the Chinese have not gotten into it yet ! .

That being said I plan on sticking with a basic low cost high performance VV PV that anybody can use without understanding electronics or what a VOLT is .

BTW we are testing our PCB's in a BATH of E-juice right now to make sure they hold up to the large variations of juices and do not have problems with being covered in juice .
