I am completely impressed with ProVape's communication and turn around time. My ProVari had some problems and I emailed their support department. All emails, even on the weekends and in the evening, were returned right away. Unfortunately, troubleshooting did not fix the issue and it needed to be sent in for repair.

My Provari was shipped across the country and returned to me repaired in < 1 week. I couldn't be more pleased or surprised. Apparently, ProVape has not gotten "too big" to provide hands on, dedicated service to their customers. They've earned my loyalty not only for producing a great product but for backing it up when something gets damaged.
