So with the giant blu elephant and his soon-to-join friends poised to swoop in and take over the void created by the eventual federal/state regulations being formulated to prevent our consumer-lead and driven industry and continue the widespread misinformation disseminated to the public regarding the difference between nicotine and the numerous health and environmental issues caused almost wholly by cigarettes and their combustion and the littering of their remnants. Instead of waiting till the Feds come knocking, we should begin to create our own universal self-imposed E-Cig regulations, covering all areas including safety and safety features, consumer education, regulations for bottling and labeling, manner of storage and storage time, manufacturing, nicotine limits, etc.

Please feel free to post any thoughts or ideas you have pertaining to rules and/or regulations we should or could impose on ourselves since we are so intertwined as consumers and industry that we could take our own suggestions and begin to apply them without the need for governmental intervention or pandering. Maybe if we begin to take initiative now, we can knock the pin out of the axle of the ANTZ.

Also, please don't post unnecessary or unrelated comments/pics/videos, Thank You!

Ok...I'll toss some of my ideas out there to begin.

1. We need a set of ground rules regarding basics such as all e-liquids should be only stored in glass, have proper ingredient listings, and be dated when first mixed.

2. The current set of suggestions regarding the build and design of mods should be kept and sharpened to be as designer friendly and as safe and fool-proof as possible. ( vents, battery sleeves, short-circuit protections built in, etc.)

3.
