I do not understand. Doesn't eastmall have a backup of the site?? If not, I am sure you will in the future huh? It has been days, is the site going to be back up soon?? Should not take weeks................only a few days. What is the holdup?? Anyway, hope it gets fixed soon.

the new person needs a little patience and understanding from all of you --- till she gets her head around it all,

it is extremely overwhelming at first--

It's been over 2 weeks now since I sent out my request to customer service, and still no reply. Please advise. I would assume you guys don't want to lose my business?
