I've had the same issue with a manual. Try ensuring that the button isn't being depressed by the case.

The flickering seems to go on indefinitely. Not that I've let one flicker for very long. It does look like it would be jarring to the circuit and shorten the life of the battery. (By battery I mean the whole unit. When I say battery I only think of the power pack inside for some reason, maybe we need a new word to refer to the whole unit).

I've had them flicker on the USB charger too.

Something I've found that seems specific to the PCC is that they are very sensitive to having a VERY CLEAN battery connection. Both mine and my wife's, both megas, started behaving "oddly". I cleaned both the battery socket and the batteries very carefully and thoroughly, and everything started working normally again Might want to wad up a tissue and make sure that battery socket is clean.

Yes, I cleaned both, battery and charger. Although, there was nothing much to clean, I received the package yesterday.

Well, that is what worries me. Because like I said, if I'm out of the house and I put a battery to charge and then into my pocket, I'll never know when it is fully charged unless I keep checking on it. I don't want to break something new that was expensive.
