Hey all;

OK, so I've had my new V4L gear for a little over a week now, almost two, and the last couple of days have been rather trying for me. My order consisted of a PCC, USB nub, 5 premium cartos (blank), and single-logo auto batteries (both chrome, one with a blue LED, the other with an orange LED). Before I address my problem, I wanna say: I absolutely *LOVE* my VK. I hold it nearly and dearly everywhere I go...The thing puts every other device in it's class that I have used to shame. But why won't one of my batteries last anywhere near as long as the other??? Here's the deal:

So, my blue LED'd battery works AMAZING. I can vape it pretty darned consistently for 3-4 hours, depending on how much hell I'm giving it. The one with the orange LED...Well...Yeah, for some reason I get maybe 2 hours out of it, and it takes longer to charge than the one I have with the blue LED. Actually, it just finished charging, and I put it on there around 9ish (it's now 3AM), if that's any indicator. By "just finished", I literally mean the charger's indicator just turned blue approximately three minutes ago.

Here's what I ask: is this normal to have one battery be friggin' awesome and the other perform half-heartedly, or do I have a defect?? Maybe a member of the V4L team could help me out here?? I would GREATLY appreciate it...I totally despise when my poor VK is out of commission (I've had to resort to vaping my DSE103 when I'm home now in order to save the orange LED'd battery in case of emergency, it used to work just like the other one), and wish I knew what's up/how to fix it.

Thanks everyone, and happy vaping!! :D

(edit: right after I posted this, I squeezed the last official drop out of my CinnaBomb bottle...could it get any worse?!?!? ;) )

It usually takes 4 hours to charge give or take...

I have ran into defective batteries noticed right upon delivery but I had plenty to back me up so I didnt bother complaining since they took good care of me before...

I would contact Rocks at customer service and tell her about it..

The warranty this company offers is the best after all...

Good Luck

If the battery is defective (or you think it might be) and is less than 45 days old, please, email us @ the customer service email so that we can set things right.

We can't help you out if you don't tell us.

:)

Take care, and chat soon.

Ryan

I'm doing that now. I figured I'd ask the V4L community for help with it (i.e. someone give me a tip or pointer that would fix it) before I bothered the people at customer service. I know how valuable people's time is, so I figured if I could fix it myself, cool, right? :D

Thanks again, Ryan. I greatly appreciate it!! :D

No worries my man.

Just didn't want you to fall through the cracks when it came to having your issue dealt with.

Unfortunately we can't scour the forum answering all the issues that arise, so if we see one that seems to require our immediate attention, we jump on it.

Take care, and enjoy the rest of your evening.

:)

would the "pics or it didn't happen" be appropriate or inappropriate here?

Appropriate left the building. Specifically, Appropriate was beaten about the head and shoulders and exited through the window. Appropriate is in the critical care unit of the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. In time.
