Problem ordering from Intellicig.com

There's been no such message on the main site in the UK (where I order from) and I've not received any emails to this effect regarding my order. All I've received is the automated "Order Confirmation" email on Saturday and the website shows that payment has been taken and received.

Just to clarify, on the UK site on the main page the message is not displayed. However, if you click on delivery under information on the right side of the main page the message is up above the rates for shipping.
You can get a Order Confirmation and payment received notice and still be back ordered unfortunately.

That's correct, I don't see any price reductions at all when logged in. And I've been charged full price each time, also when logged in.


the reduced prices are visible to the shoppers whose contact address is of United States.
I also see what f7eleven says. reduction of prices 13% off. do one thing, make a new account and put some randon US address, and see u will see the discounted price..

i have tested it...

Ah yes, you're quite right, thanks - it's not on the Home page and only shows on the "Delivery" page.

It would appear that that message applies to orders placed before 20 March and I placed mine after 25 March, so I'll see what happens in the next couple of days.

No problem, hope you get your order quickly.
*update* Had place order on 24/03/2009, was invoiced on 30/03/2009 and dispatched on 03/04/2009. looks like they are clearing the orders in good order.
