I have used most of the mods and tanks etc. That coil should just screw out easily unless someone over-tightened with their hands or worse with a tool.
Just grab it and turn it counterclockwise.. if it does not come out--take it to the store where you bought the product. They will be able to help you. DON"T try using tools because if you break it off... it will be a ..... to get out and you may have to replace the whole unit.
Tightening with tools is something I am dealing with now. Once someone does it ( my girlfriend) it has to be done forever and eventually.. it will start to leak and it won't tighten and leak. Believe me that is the case. Just tighten new stuff down and snug it up. IF it leaks with normal tightening TAKE IT BACK!!! RIGHT NOW!!
IF you have a store that says they don't give refunds tell them you will take them to small claims court. Then do it!! These stores that do that are NOT standing behind something your bought on good faith and that is illegal. IF you bought it from a friend.. forget it. But if you bought it from an established business. They have to back it up. They DON"T have to return your money if you bought a liquid and you don't like it.. if you opened it and maybe even if you didn't ---they can refuse to return your money.
