I have the Joye 510 and love it (other then battery life) I am ordering 5 batteries right now and some extra atomizers for different flavors.

Anyways, it came with two full e-cigs 2 attys 2 batteries yea you get the point. So the black atty works sooooooo much better then the white atty.
I don't get it, my dad and I are using them after 30 years if him smoking analogs he quit 3 days ago and started on the 510, he loves it other then his atty (white one) does not compare to the level of TH mine gives (black atty)
I can take a huge hit on his get a lot of vape but absolutley NO TH, on the other hand I can take a huge hit off mine and feel like I swallowed a knife. Which I like and so does he :p I have dripped a few drops in his atty of liquid, and cleaned it and dropped a few more in there, but nothing. No TH what so ever, but again it produces great vapor.

What possibly could be the problem? It's quite frustrating I want him to quit and he wants to quit, but this is just getting on both of our nerves, mine because I turned him on E-Cigs.

Thanks
Jon

Hmmm.
Are you using the same liquid in both?
Are you using the same vaping technique?
Are both batteries manuals (or both autos)?
Has he used his the same amount of time that yo have used yours? (by which I mean is his frequency of use the same)
I ask this last as sometimes a 'broken in' atty will perform better than a new one (and sometimes its the other way around! lol)

it IS possible that his is just not as good - they dont all last the same amount of time. The only way you might be able to tell is when the new ones arrive, swap his out and see if its better. If it is, just toss this old one and chalk it up to inconsistent atties (our bane I'm afraid).

I just went thru the same thing. I blew out the atomizer really well on the weaker one (there was a LOT of liquid in there!), then I checked and made sure the filling was the same distance from the top of the cartridge as on the better pv. I was also careful to not fill it all the way up.

It seemed to work a lot better after that.

I'm still going to order a couple of spare attys... I don't trust this situation!

Good luck!

I agree with Willpuff. Blow through the white atty from the end that your cartridge/mouthpiece goes in as hard as you can over and over until nothing comes out the battery end. Wipe off the connector end to make sure no juice is lingering there. Drip 4 drops of liquid into the atty through the mouth end as close to on the metal mesh as possible. THen give it a go and see how it does. Also, if you have not already, you may want to try the white atty on your battery to see if it hits the same as on his white batteries. Its possible he may have some crap batteries that just arnt powering his atty enough.

Happy Vaping!

EDIT: One quick question, does the white atty get hot? As hot as your black atty in the same amount of time that is.

Different liquid in both, but his has a strong PG in his Tobacco flavor.
Yes same vaping technique
Both Manual batteries
I have been using mine longer then him.

But I cleaned his out today just not long ago, I used hot water little bit of vodka for the alcohol, and dryed it well. I used a technique on here, to dry it I used the atty itself to dry it, just heated it up for 5 secs then turn it off waiter bout 10 seconds then heater if up again till it was dry then I added 2 drops of liquid to the atty.

They both get rlly hot about the same, I also just noticed his doesn't produce as much vapor as mine does.
The battery is fine, I am using his atty right now on my battery, he ran to a Doctors appt and I let him use mine because he needs it more then I do.
I get less vapro and no TH.
I cleaned his atty out very thoroughly today with hot water, little bit of vodka. Also if you didn't know a Turkey Baster, fits perfectly in the atty.
I used that and squeexed a lot of hot water with vodka through it as well as cold water then more hot water. blew it out, then used the turkey baster and shot just air through it, then dryed it by connecting it to the battery and pushing the button to heat it up.

I think i'll contact the supplier I got my Joye 510 from and see what they will do.

The atty is working just not as well - and youve cleaned it - the supplier may not take it back (thats not unreaonable, it wasn't DOA). Its worth asking htough :) Also bear in mind that atties are really dispoable items, think of htem that way and it really removes a lot of worry (imo) - when mine get crappy I just toss them and get new ones. I know lots of people swear by cleaning but for ME at least its too much trouble for such a cheap item lol
In my mind, as long as its less cost than a carton of cigs, and it lasts longer than a week, then Im ahead of the game.
The truth is that atties aren't made with any huge consistency (and even if they were people use them differently all the time) - even if you are expert at dealing with them you're going to get duds now n again. this is one reason we always suggest to new users to having spares around - I'd hate to be stuck without any (which I was my first week lol I learned from my mistakes)

Yeah of course they are going to break.
But I don't completely agree with getting duds now n then, to me that's BS. Lets say I order one just 1 from an online store and it gets here and it's a dud I'm not going to just throw it out and order another one. They should be inspected first, I assume they are but apparently by people who can't read or write.
I sent an email to the person I ordered from hoping they will at least send me just an atty for the inconvenience if I owned a business selling them I know damn well I would. when I order something brand new I expect it to be in top shape and work 100%, not have a dud sent to me. I was told 2 atomizers and 2 batteries two working E-Cigs, not one and a 1/2.
