Problem with cartridges

I am having a problem with my cartridges in my 510. When I take a hit, the cartridge comes out in my lips, has anyone else had this problem?

If the cart is loose in the atty you can "bite" the cart a little bit to take it "out of round" and make it snugger (or use a pair of pliers)....some carts are loose....most are not.


My flat tips are like that !

Lipstick? they are only so tight. I like atomizers for dipping/dripping, but IMHO cartomizers rule

You can try using a little sandpaper on the sides of the cartridge to make it rougher and grip better.

Try the Ego-T tank. The tank carts fit very tight and require a little force to pull out.

510 carts wear from repeated filling and re-inserting. A new cart is the only real solution. Even then, the match between cart and atomizer affects the fit. Squeezing the atty can help but then you have an out of round fit.

Another alternative is the one piece CE2 carto, but the CE2 doesn't hold a candle to the Ego tank.

Just wondering if you bought original Joye brand or another 510? If you bought other, you could try some real Joytech brand carts and see if they fit tighter.

The best way of getting the cart to be snug is to open th air holes.
If you see the flat side of the cart that goes into the atty? All U need to do is put a ..... or paper clit (big one) and pry it open a little, then test to see if it will slide into atty tighter. This works very well and you do get a better draw.
