Hiya,

I just bought a itaste 134, vapes great. Also have the itaste MVP. Problem is after the first full charge with a 18650 battery in the charger trust fire tr 001 the battery didn't last long. I maybe vapes for an hour then put it aside for around 5 to 6 hours and got the flashing red on the vape.

I had the charger set to 3.6v and it took nearly 12 hours before the green light showed. Help would be appreciate, cheers.

From a review site:
A 2600mAh battery can be charged in about 17 hours
Conclusion

I do not like chargers that continues to charger, but it can be used as long as the battery is removed within a few hours after the led changes to green.
The charger is way to slow for a 18650 charger, but will work fine for 10440 cells.
The charger can be used in 110VAC countries, but I would be very careful with using it in a 230VAC country.
Cheap nasty charger and you should invest in a better one IMO Nitecore for example, but Pila and others are good too. The battery is probably cheap too, did they come in a kit with the device?

Hello and welcome to the forum James. Glad to have you here!:)

+1 on Norrin's recommendation to get a new charger (and most likely new batteries too). What batteries are you using (brand, mah, amp rating)?

Any battery/charger with "fire" in it's name is not recommended for use in charging mod batteries. Get the best charger that you can reasonably afford. Statistically most battery incidents occur while charging. Pila, Xtar, and Nitecore Intellicharger are the most recommended brands.

The battery is just blue with torchy on the side.

Save it for your flashlights. Read Baditudes blog for a list of recommended batteries. The amp rating is more important than the mah. What type of tank are you using on your mod?
