We have found that some of the clearos are coming in from the factory with the atomizer loosely screwed on. Please tighten the atomizer before use. If you have already used it, follow these steps. With a paper towel in hand, unscrew the empty clearomizer. Wipe down the atomizer using the paper towel and tighten it. Replace the clearo and try again.
