Problem with itaste & trident rda

So out of nowhere my vape ( itaste vv v3 & trident v1) stops firing and the led is staying green for 6 seconds indicating a short. I tried rebuilding the coil, no luck. Reads 0 ohms. Then I tried pulling up the center pin on itaste and pulling down contact on trident. No luck. I then tried to rebuild 2 different coils and still no luck, 0 ohms. I tried my protank and it reads non. Then I tried my buddy's clearimizer on my itaste and it worked fine. What is going on here?

What are the ohms reading on the atty by itself, without using the VV to check it?

Please tell me you have a proper ohm meter or multimeter for this.

My vv3 & mpv are 50/50 with rda 510 s. Work fine with ego threading. A 510 to 510 adapter in ss will help greatly.
Also as stated above, won't fire under 1.2 ohms..

I have rebuilt several coils that are atleast 2.2 ohms and were successful in the past, and it is still reading as 0.0

I have no clue what to think because when the tank is off it does the same thing where it stays lit for 6 seconds indicating a short and says 0.0 instead of none

EDIT: When it stopped working it wasnt after replacing a coil... It was literally in the middle of a hit it just stopped working from then on and it was a very nice coil as well.

Make sure no wire from your coil is touching anything else
