Problem with my new Stealth battery

Yes, carto screws on fine. As an example, my other batts all light up when the button is pushed, whether a carto is on them or not.. the light on this one now only comes on "sometimes"... as I said, more often NOT than does. At first I thought maybe the button was getting stuck, as I had that happen on my PT once.. but thats not the case here. Possibly the switch in the button is going out.. ?? Thanks, dohsma, for trying to help me. I did remember I had tossed a reg batt into my bag the other day just in case... Thank goodness, I have that to puff on!

If I had that problem I'd contact the place I got it from and see what they suggest. JMHO

That's not a connection issue. Could be a switch, but irregardless, I'd say the battery is bad. Try charging it again and if it continues to be intermittent open a support ticket and we'll take care of it.

That is correct! I will take your advice and contact support. I have become very fond of my XL's and I am suffering anxiety without it!

Just a note to anyone who is wondering... I received my replacement battery today! V4L's customer service is fantastic and quick, as always. Its a pleasure to do business with people who treat you right! Much too little of that in the world these days.

I had an auto PT go bad on me. The first problem I've had in over a year with V4L. I opened a ticket, got a quick response from Dave and he sent out a new one which I got in three days. I messed up though and neglected to tell him that it was an auto PT ( which I really don't care for) so he sent a manual. Since it was my goof up, I decided to keep it and avoid the hassle of mailing it back. The team at V4L are great and you have to tell people when they do right by you. That goes for all you guys here on the forum too. Thanks.

Hey Sal! Sounds like you wanted the Manual PT anyway <grin>. I like the Manuals better myself...more control and better draw characteristics IMO.

Well,not really, I do like all of the V4l products though. I have one shorty manual which I rarely use. I guess it's just what I prefer. At least I haven't smoked on over o year, not even one.
