Hello,

Last Thursday I received two X2 manual bats in the mail (my first time trying them) and I instantly fell in love! Today however as I went to vape on one of my X2 650 manuals, I noticed the LED just kept blinking and no vapor. When I unscrewed my carto (been using the 1.6mil clearomizers exclusively) I could see that the metal battery post was bent. I thought 'Hmm, that's odd'. With a pair of tweezers I could tell that the post was lose and would wiggle around. After awhile I was able to get it to connect with my carto again and it seemed to work fine for a few more hours. Once again, it started to blink so I unscrewed my carto once more in an attempt to realign the lose post, but this time it didn't work. All the battery does now is blink whenever you press the button and it can't be used. Heard of this happening before? I have used many manual bats in the past and have never encountered this problem.

My question is this - I have had the battery less than a week now (5 days including today) and I threw away my receipt once I unpackaged it, but can I still get an exchange for an identical one? I can provide my order # to verify the date upon request. I really like the product and I think I just got a flawed bat is all. Since I can't use this defect, it leaves me with only one more X2 battery to use (which isn't good ).

Thanks for any response!
