Problem with new nemisis

New ebay nemesis, won't fire. I measure no voltage at the center pin when the switch is depressed/ Normally I would just adjust the center pin down a little to make contact.

I can't move the top adjustment pin at all, it just won't budge. I've tried various screw drivers even pliers. I tried an old top piece from another nemesis but the threads don't match. Kinda stuck Anyone run into this?

I'm assuming this is a Nemesis clone. There are a lot of different versions out there but they all have an adjustable connector pin so if yours won't budge then I would contact the seller and as for a refund or an exchange.

As stated by tmcase, contact the seller and get a replacement or refund.
Find out what brand it is and let us know, and if you can post pics, do that too.

I just got an hcigar Brass Nemesis the other day
My center pin moves freely and can adjust to any atty
Then adjust the fire switch to push the battery in place

I just switched out the spring for Magnets and all I can say is, that was well worth it.
If you do get another, make that upgrade. but be careful as the magnets are very fragile
I bought 6 and shattered 2, ended up using 3 magnets in my Nemesis.
Bought 6 more in case I ever need them.
You can find them on ebay pretty cheep, like $3 for a 2.

They are heavy duty, not fragile like the cheapy magnets. I got these for my Neme and I swear I can drop them on the floor and not break them but I won't test that.

TMCase is dead on I've ordered those upgrades before i even got the mod. Mine is an hcigar. The only mechs i did not need to get fixes for were my hades mods.
