Yes, but as swedishfish pointed out, this isn't true for the average person. On the other hand it seems like the nic concentrations people vape don't really seem to correlate consistently to how much they smoked.

Just my 2 beginners cents

No, they really don't, that's for sure. That's why it's so hard when you start to recommend a mg strength. Different levels of addiction. What you start with may not be what you stay with. My mother needed 36 to quit cigs but and once she did that immediately dropped down once she was off cigs. Now she's on 6. Light cigarette smokers aren't less addicted than regular brand smokers, both work on receptors in your brain the same way.

These are the classic nicotine OD symptoms. I would take the easiest solution and lower your intake. You're looking for other causes when the simplest one makes the most sense. Lower your nicotine intake. Perhaps you got a new flavor and went a little crazy? I know when I get a new flavor I like a lot I can overdo it. So maybe it wasn't even the change in nic level in the juices but a temporary change in your vaping habits that caused the problem.

People love to throw the OD term around, but I think you have more of a chance of ODing on nicotine smoking than you do vaping. And who really monitored the amount of cigarettes they smoked because they were afraid they'd OD? Actually, your body does a pretty good job of monitoring itself as far as nicotine goes.

I think you can definitely overdo it, but OD? Doubtful.

I really didn't mean you- just in general.

I think most of use have definitely had times where we smoked waaaaay too much and never experienced the symptoms associated with nic OD, and I'd think it'd happen faster smoking than vaping because we don't absorb as much nicotine vaping as smoking.

OT, but I had a friend over yesterday that is a super heavy smoker. I put some low nic juice in a carto because my juice makes her cough. She took about 3 vapes and said she felt dizzy. I think it was a 6 or 12 mg sample of vanilla mint from KBV.

I'm not going to say liar, liar pants on fire because I don't think she was lying. Who knows. I don't thinks she's very open to vaping and almost programmed herself to have an issue with it.

Re nicotine - You can get over-nicced symptoms on any level if you vape a lot in a row or are vaping a level higher than usual. The most common symptoms are headache, rapid or irregular heartbeat, cold fingers, hazy or unwell feeling

Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor.

Some people are more susceptible.

Have you ever gotten any of those symptoms smoking too many cigarettes?
