Problem with our System... slight shipping delay

We had a bit of an issue today with our back end system that left us unable to process orders for much of the day. We shipped a bunch of orders yesterday, and we are filling what we can today. There may be a one day delay on some orders placed within the last 2 days. We have our crew staying late tonight, so we'll get as much out as we can, but I wanted to apologize in advance for anyone who is affected by this.

You guys are the best! I can stand to wait one more day.

Good to know! I placed my Express order at around 1pm EST but I haven't heard anything about it shipping at all, so I was worried it wouldn't ship today. Almost out of cartos o_o Holiday weekend threw off my order timing - LOL!

Thank you very much for letting everyone know. I'm already impressed with your CS, and I haven't even received my first order yet ;)

Thanks for letting us know, I ordered 2 5ml bottles of clove on Sunday and haven't received anything yet aside from an order confirmation. Since I've heard you guys are really quick (like 2-3 days on average), not getting a shipping email seemed weird.

anyway, thanks for the heads up, I'll be expecting a box by the end of the week. :]

Is there an app I need to view the track pkgs page or is the delay why I can't see anything?? :blink:

Re: viewing tracking pkg page --- Also for 2nd and longer V4L customers - Do you have to sign for the pkg or will USPS leave it by the door?

Mail doesn't get here for another 3-4 hrs, personally.
