I disagree, they boast the best customer service in the industry, but I have written 2 emails in the last 2 days regarding a problem with my last order and they still havent responded.
It is not unreasonable to expect some form of apology when they dont live up to thier claimed reputation.
I personally was planning on placing another relatively big order with them today but since I have yet to get a response about my last order I will be holding off.
Its just good business practice to express apology when things dont go smoothly and to correct it as soon as possible. I really hope they can win me over as a regular customer as they do have a good product and lots of options, and I have read so many good
reviews of them. I'll cross my fingers.

Ok well they have two people for CS, one does a few 24 hour days as a paramedic, the other is studing for college, so don't blame them. I know how rough it is to do CS I do it day in and day out! They are flooded with emails from the last HUGE sale that they DON'T have to do for us! It is up to them and them alone to do sales. Some peoples orders might have gotten mixed up or confused, it happens we are human!

Point for this is above why they cant answer! Just order from them, it won't hurt. I don't know Mark or Steve personally, but have talked to them a lot. They are great people and will help you as much as they can.

They shouldn't have to win you over, you should just try their items and see if you like it. A good business will try to win you over with free stuff, A GREAT business will win you over with their products that you buy from them, and a friendly represenitive. Such as Mark, Steve, Leaford, Val, and Ryan!

Their items are the best out there, I have read a lot about e-cigs before desiding to come with V4L and be considered part of their family!
As for OP, DUDE there was a huge sale and your order will be finished when they get to it. They don't go, "Oh this guy placed his order on saturday lets do him first." No they go by ok, sale started friday lets get fridays orders out then saturdays and sundays. Stop complaining that Oh its 2 days late because everyone knows mail doesn't go out on sundays! So it was shipped next day! Dam it!!!!
I have been with V4L for 3 months and yes I have had a few late packages but the fact that it is late gives me something to look foward to. I get to enjoy it more when it comes in!
