Problem with Passthrough

I just got my passthrough for my DSE084 in the post and it doesn't seem to be working bummer because I really was looking forward to it, so I don't have to use batteries all the time.

I have tried it on USB and mains and when i take a drag, it flashes red 3 times but doesn't fire up the atomizer.

Silly question but do I have to charge the Passthrough? I wouldn't have thought so but leaving it on mains for 2 hours didn't make a difference. Or is it just faulty?

It sounds like it is just faulty. Mine was not charged when I got it, but I was able to use it to charge AND vape at the same time. Can you exchange it or get your money back?

I only got it today so I am sure they will exchange it for me. will get in touch with them on monday
