Problem with phiniac tank

I got a standard phiniac tank in the mail today, and ordered boge standard 3 ohm cartos to go with it. I am having trouble getting the carto to fit the in the caps. Are they suppose to be hard to get in?

It is definitely tight. Try putting a little ejuice on the outside of the carto and also the o-rings. If you can, pick up one of their tank tools, it helps guide a new carto into the tank as well as filling it up. I have 6 phiniacs and all of them are incredibly tight.

Just got my first phiniac in the mail today with punch and fill tool. I love that it's snug. I think I'll be getting more phiniacs.
