Hi i just started to use cartomizers and i bought LR smok Tech dual coil cartomizers because everyone seems to think they are as good or better than boge LR cartomizers. But in my experience i get a huge TH nice flavor but almost no vapor. The same juices in other atomizers and in boges produce deacent amount of vapor.

So my question is are my smok techs faulty or is this normal.
My pv is e-power 18650.

*SOLVED*
Thx RIMP for the fix
They were overfilled

Random thoughts.....

how thick is the e-juice? What PG/VG ratio?

Thin it if you think it's a wicking issue.
Add VG if it's 100% PG juice.

DCC's are cooler coils (2x 3.2 ohm coils). Try an IMR battery on that if you can, or maybe a 18650 with a higher 'C' raiting if it's not putting out the amps (need 1.6 amps). Not all batteries are created equal. In other words, it could be too cool, the TH is just bad vaporization, and the amps insufficient to properly atomize the e-juice.

I did some vapor production tests.
At 3.7v broken in 2.4 ohm CE2 produced much more vapor than 1.6ohm DC.
Pump the voltage up to 4.2 and DC kicks in and makes good vapor.

I would like to try a 1.25ohm DC at 3.7v because 1.6ohm is decent but a little under performing.
PV must be capable of about 3.5 amps to handle that combo.
