Problem with SmokelessImage Volt X2 battery

I just received a Volt X2, but when it's attached with the supplied USB charging cable, the light does not come on. It came with a charge but when the manual light began blinking, I attached it to the USB cable charger.

It does appear to take a charge, but without the light, it's impossible to know if it's working.
Has anyone had this problem?

When the battery is charging there should be a light on at the end where it is plugged in. I have the autos and the light on them is blue. When it is fully charged the light goes out. If yours isn't lighting up while charging contact customer service on the SI website and they will help you.
