This may have started with the last batch of eliquid...
All of a sudden, I'm unable to refill my carts. I used to drop 15-20 drops, wiggle the center tube in a cart to get liquid absorbed all throughout the cart.
Now...I'm lucky to get 10, this is with brand new carts. I drop 6 drops slowly rotating the cart, top of the filling gets saturated and...that's it!
Dripping more just pools it on the top of the filling and will either run out through the center tube (if no condom/plug is on) or just sit there and eventually leak out. It's almost like the liquid is much thicker and isn't getting absorbed as easy, but I've been ordering from that store for a while now and been happy so far.
Has anyone run into that?
