I recently bought a VV mod from James at Value Vapor. It's a good mod and I don't have an issue with it per se, except that I bought the body only, because it was advertized that, if you have the batteries etc. thats all you'll need. My batteries didn't fit. I come to find out that protected batteries don't fit. He (James) told me to send it back for full credit. I did this. Instead of crediting my account he gave me a store credit. Not what I wanted, but OK I'll go with that. I purchased some other items from him and used the coupon code he gave me, but apparently it didn't work because I got charged. I wrote him several times and recieved no replies. I didn't recieve a reply until I finally re-purchaced a VV volt mod. I did this so I could use that coupon code and at least break even (even if I did have to buy some new 18650 batteries, which I didn't want to do-but what the heck.) On my order when I was submitting it a message came up that said "Congratulations you have redeemed your discount coupon". It didn't work and I was charged.
He won't answer my e-mails when I try to resolve this, so out of frustration I'm posting this. I hope others have better luck with him than I did. I'm done with him.
