I actually had no problem ordering or receiving a kit from them. The problem was really that the guy seems to have no knowlege or skill as related to customer service. I got a drip tip from him and it broke within a week so I wrote him a message and got a completely useless reply. Really it would have been better for him to not even reply than to send the message he did. Now I'm having issues with one of the batteries from my kit, but just going to go ahead and spend my money elsewhere to get a new battery since he obviously wouldn't care about losing an unsatisfied customer.
