problem with website?

well sad to say that i tried to order some cartos from the website today,but first it wouldn't take my visa gift card, then i noticed that the site was no longer https secure and when i logged a trouble ticket the email that was sent back with the ticket number sent me to a website for primadesk inc. whatever that is. Hopefully they well be able to fix whatever is wrong.

That's what I was thinking, I had to order from someone else for now, hopefully I'll be able to order from them in the future, but with it being thurs. already and me almost out of patience with refilling cartridges ( not to mention eliquid) i had to order something today.

I used to design websites, so I researched it and their SSL certificate is fine But since you already spent your budget, I just hope you got some yummy stuff I always do my research before I order too, so I don't blame you....if it feels off, I dont until I have an answer

Some companies will not take pre-paid cards because there is a limited dollar amount on them. If a person uses the card with one establishment that doesn't put a hold on the funds at the point of purchase, and then uses it at an establishment that does, then there may not be funds for both merchants. Some merchants' systems will not allow the processing of this type of card for that reason. I used to be able to get pre-paid cards with my rewards points from office supply stores and ran into this a few times and finally asked about it.

i used vaporsafe-they're not one of this forums resgistered suppliers but i was able to order single cartos in different flavors and when i called them they gave me a coupon code for 20% off.

Just wanted to say that I used a VISA giftcard on V4L today and it worked just fine. There was a sticker on my card that said I had to register it online before making online purchases. I registered it last night and ordered at noon today. Spoke with cs about it and they said that as long as the address info on the card matches my address it should work.

That is true, giftcards work fine on our site, but many times you have to register them first before they will work for ordering online.

That's a bummer Mary Kay!! HAve you tried the "forgot my password" button? I hate it when my passwords don't work!! Always makes me scared someone hacked my account! And then I feel silly when I realize I had caps lock on
