So I purchased my mom an egrip. It arrived 11 days ago and yesterday the charging port completely pushed up inside. I was able to pull it back with thin top tweezers and able to plug it in to charge, but now it just floods. So you can't charge it and obviously you can't use it. I've been trying to contact them via the website for at least 20 minutes. Every time I type the message and submit, it says "illegal characters in input". I literally deleted every period, comma, apostrophe etc and it still wont send. Anyone have this issue before? I personally have an istick which I love, but if this egrip was the first joyetech product I had bought, I can guarantee I wouldn't be buying any more.
