Thanks RipCigs and yeah. I'd have been upset, but at least okay if they acknowledged me with a "Nothing can be done". They didn't even give a reply. I found out I was blocked after a more recent post by them where I couldn't even like the picture. Both options for liking and commenting were gone. Seems like a coward move from a company that is supposed to be big in the vape industry. I don't feel bad now for talking about the crap customer service and "review" i did of the eGrips. In the video I was all "Well I can't vape it because these things don't work, and with these products my dad almost went back to smoking. So my dad is (insert time) weeks smoke free thanks to not using the eGrip" haha. I used to have respect for these guys, always heard good things, all reviewers say they talk to them and they're great people. Apparently if you don't have 50k subs then they don't care. I apologize for the novel of a reply.
Bugger joyetech and their Egrips and their customer service. I just went through the same crap with Joyetech. I wrote Kermit in service back and forth and all he seemed interested in was the 'genuine Joyetech' card that I can no longer find. I sent him pics of the box, serial number, bank statement, where I bought it and when etc etc. In the end he wants me to send it to California from Ottawa and they will decide yes or no. I bought it April 28, 2015 and managed to keep the port going unil last month. Thank God I won a Disruptor here or I would be pooched. Bottom line, Egrip was great while it lasted but it's typical semi disposable garbage in the end. It's sad because that little thing went everywhere with me. I'm glad your Dad stayed off the smokes! I'm going to try to source the proper usb jacks for this thing and offer a repair service for them. I won't be sending it away for service to Cali... I can buy another atty for my Disruptor for the mailing costs. I can really see how this kind of thing can be a real put off especially when means are limited (my circumstances, not yours
