Ok, Here is my issue. I'm having a hard time getting a coil to .30. I'm getting the coils I build comes to under .30. I am targeting that ohm because I'm using a stacked 18650 tube mech. I'm have 6 LG HB6's coming in the mail but in the meantime I have Samsung 25R's and LG HG2's. I have a dual coil that came prebuilt in the RDA that I got with the mod. That coil ohms out at .44. As for the wire that I have to use I have 22 ga Kanthal (which I try and stay away from Kanthal cause I like to taste my juice [emoji38]. I have 22 ga SS, 22 ga Ni80, 26 and 32 ga Ni80, 40 ga SS, 40 ga SS, 26 ga Ni200, and .5mm x 0.1mm ribbon. I also have a coil master building kit with a wrapping jig with all the sizes from 1.5mm - 4.0mm. Can someone give me some insight on what to use to wrap a coil that would ohm out around .40. The coils that came with the RDA produces good flavor and ok clouds but I want more flavor and more clouds. I know I have to choose 1 or the other. I do alien coils, stitched claptons and coils as such so I know how to build. Also a coil where the ramp up time isn't very long. Feedback would be appreciated.

Dial the numbers and wire into steam-engine, job done.
Having said that those are some very heavy wires for that resistance range, your ramp up/down is going to be pretty long. Ni200 is for TC only, why do you think kanthal produces bad flavor?
If I was going for those two resistances I would use 24 or 26 guage kanthal

Dual coil 26G 6 wraps 2.5mm ID - 0.38 ohms
Dual coil 24G 7 wraps 2.5mm ID - 0.30 ohms

The wire I have is for all of my coil needs. I have a couple RX200s' and some other mods so I use the heavy gauges for building on my other mods. I use the nickel for my RX in TC. It's not that Kanthal produces bad flavor, it doesn't produce as good of flavor as say the Ni80 and the SS. The only Kanthal I have is 22 ga. I used to vape using Kanthal when I first started vaping but a friend introduced me to the other wife's and that spoiled me. I don't ever use Kanthal unless I run out of other wire and...as you read that won't happen for some time now. [emoji38].

Whatever works for you is the right way brother :).
Personally I find the ramp up/down time on 22G excessive and only use it on unregulated builds if I'm going for a really low resistance. On a regulated device where resistance is independent of power delivery, low mass and high surface area are the key coil parameters imo.
My goto high cloud-chucker build is dual 14 wrap 26G at around 0.85 ohms. Works well at around 60 watts, can handle 100+. Some use parallel 28G with even more wraps, I can't stand 28G as it deforms too easily and is fiddly to work with.
