Ever since I installed the sub ohm kit my REO won't squonk on a bottle that's less than half full. Any fix to this?

The new kit shouldn't affect the bottle in any way other than perhaps tube placement. If your tube is too close to the bottle side or bottom, it could be creating a bit of a vacuum. You can cut an inverted V...or ^ in the bottom of your tube....that should free up the flow. If that isn't the case, perhaps there is some blockage between the tube and the connector. You can unbend a paperclip and run it through the hole in the connector to clear any blockage. Just be mindful to remove the battery before you do this. Keep us posted.
That's weird... The only things that could stop it from feeding are a blockage or a pressure issue
I had a similar problem. As it turns out, a small amount of air was leaking out where the tube slips onto the connector. A little superglue did the trick. I have also had this problem when the o ring in the cap bunched a little and let some air out. Diagnostic methods involved taking the rm2 off and covering the catch cup with my thumb while squonking with the bottle empty.
Ran a paper clip through and now it's flowing. I did notice that I cut my tube a couple mm short. May have to order another. lol thanks for the tips guys.
Well, it started doing it again and I think I found the problem. I have a thicker o ring in between my Atty and REO. I removed the o ring and have way better juice flow. I may try a thinner one or not use one at all.
