Hey All! I've changed my set up a little bit since the last time I posted.
I'm hoping to get some advice on disappearing yummy flavour replaced by burning barbies D: I feel hesitant asking the store I buy from simply because every time I get mixed advice and it's both confusing and frustrating.
I am currently using a Joyetech Ego-C Passthrough Battery (650MAH) and switch to a Kanger T2 CC (2.4ML) Clearomizer, I purchased 2 Extra coils to swap back and forth between as well.
Day 1 - This new Clearomizer gave me an incredible taste, best I've had since I started vaping in June.
Day 2 - Roughly around midnight, Flavour started to disappear and was replaced by a burnt plastic taste. Thought it was weird since my old coils, without the long wicks, would last me at least 3-5 days before needing to be cleaned, I figured no big deal, swapped it out with a fresh coil, soaked the original for 30 minutes and let it dry overnight.
Day 3 - The new coil I'd put in started to have the same nasty taste, I couldn't stop gagging, It's the nastiest taste ever. I figured, Okay - whatever, took out that coil - soaked it, let it out to dry, and put the original one back in.
Day 4 - Burnt Plastic Treats all day long. 0 Flavour. I even try energizing it for 2 seconds before drawing and I still get the nasty burnt plastic taste.
My questions are;
Is this COMMON for the Kanger T2 tanks? Or for any other LONNNG Wick type coils? I didn't really want to use them to begin with, the WOMAN at the store I shop at said to stick with a bottom coil because the wicks would lose flavour a lot, but the MALE I spoke to really sold me on these new tanks and I figured I'd give them a shot.
Am I doing something WRONG? I'm still new to vaping, but I take immaculate care of this little unit, it's the only thing that's been able to help me quit smoking, I practically worship it. I do what I can to make sure I don't break it or do things the wrong way.
Is there anything anyone can suggest to get the flavour back? Burnt plastic might be good for some people but I really miss the vanilla i'm wasting away at the moment lmao.
Thanks so much in advance, you guys are honestly the most helpful forum i've been able to find, ever, and I always come to you guys now when I seek advice!
