Try leaving it upside down overnight with a piece of thick paper towel or cloth stuffed into it to let it drain. This usually makes the draw easier on mine.
Also before you leave it overnight, blow into the battery side (without the battery installed) really hard with the paper towel stuffed in the other side. This should loosen up the liquid and start pushing it out and get it ready to drain overnight.

There's also things you can do such as rinsing it out with high concentration rubbing alcohol or water... But do this at your own risk. May void warranty too. There's a few topics around about this if you search around.

Hope this helps. Let us know...

I would not use rubbing alcohol, I heard it leaves a really bad taste.

I leave my atomizer (without the core) upside down in a little glass lined with a paper towel.

I have also used, instead of blowing into the atomizer, an "air duster".
A can that blows air out.
Worked great for me.

edit to add: if your atomizer is still under warranty I would ask for a new one (again)
