I have been trying to order all day..it kicks me out or times me out. Are there problems?

The cart I filled is now filled with an old order. It doesn't matter becauce I can't navigate to any other pages. Also what happened to my dial a volt..are they now variable volt or Zeus? What happened to smilin special menthol? There is smoothe, wow and whatever. I have a headache!
Well the variable volts are the DAVs, but good luck figuring out which of the Smilin menthols is the one you're looking for. Wish they would tell us when they change the names of their products

You have to know by now I am a true blue V4Ler Steve. This is a new computer windows 8.0 or whatever. I am having issues with another site too.
BTW, I was able to order because you have a terrific CS guy He ordered for me. I have forgotten his name but I did send a thank you note by way of CS. I also asked him to tell you Mary Kay said hi.

Mary Kay they are not open on the weekend, I tried the next day and still nothing I was to the paying processing part and nothing. I have no ideal but just waiting for another code and will try again but will not be for 35 % just have to wait and see still have my order ready.hope it is a good code if it happens again I will just give up

OK it's a weekday now..call in the AM and have them check your acct. If there is a problem then they can fix it. Steve is good about giving us lots of great sales. wait a bit. Good luck!!!!!
I did get my battery and will get other back to you, charge the news one and they don't seem to be lasting very long.I have not tried to order I get to a certain part and it just sets there have no ideal,but do like the discounts you give to everyone.
