I was very happy dealing with Vapor Nine until recently. My last order was short by two (2) kits and I'm having major problems with two batteries that I purchased separately in aprevious order. I tried contacting them through their website and got no response. Then I sent Josh an email but still no response. I'm hoping this is just due to growing pains with their new website and new location. However, my patience only goes so far. Hopefully this post will generate a response and some help.
