I was very happy dealing with Vapor Nine until recently. My last order was short by two (2) kits and I'm having major problems with two batteries that I purchased separately in aprevious order. I tried contacting them through their website and got no response. Then I sent Josh an email but still no response. I'm hoping this is just due to growing pains with their new website and new location. However, my patience only goes so far. Hopefully this post will generate a response and some help.

Trust me there was never any thought to hurt a customer. Please send me an email to josh@vapornine.com (I never received an email from you there, did you send one to that address?) We did lose a few tickets during our upgrade and they were unrecoverable. But of course please contact me and we will take care of this for you.

I, too, have not heard back from anyone regarding a problem. Very unlike Ben. I emailed customer service AND Josh and have heard nothing. Wonder what is up??

Did you submit it through the form or email us? We get back to tickets usually within 1 business day, sometimes 2 if we're crazy busy.

I did both. I sent form to CS on Friday. Actually, sent 2, the second being a followup. Then I emailed josh yesterday.
What are your business hours?

This weekend I was away on military drill. I will be checking my email and all tickets throughout the day. Looks like it is a late night for me but be assured you will hear back from me today!

This is to let everyone know that I finally returned Josh's call today. The delay has been my fault not his. He took care of everything. Replacements are on the way!

The test of great customer service isn't making everything go right all of the time. It's how things are handled when something goes wrong. NOW I know for sure that Vapor Nine has the best in customer service! Thanks Josh!
