Could try to cool down the vape a tad more by using around 2 ohms/6.7 watts.vaping.I vape at 1.3 ohms and 14 watts
Thanks for the help I will try to drop the watts and the nicotine and see how I get on with that,I hope it works I love to vape.Sounds like you might have an allergy here. You might try eliminating PG from your mix and see if helps.

Right angle drip tip would aim the vapor more to back of the mouth.
Might try different flavor(s). Try different Nic.
You will have to decided the need for medical care.
I have never heard of anti-spit drip tips but these I will get thanks for that and for the advice about aiming the tip to the back of my mouth. That has happened to me with citrus juices or with tanks that spit too much, change flavors and aim your drip tip as BrotherBob said to the back of your mouth, if you can get an anti-spit drip tip, even better.
Thanks for this I normally run on 70 pg 30 vg and I will try 50/50 and I will definetly lower my wattage build and see how that helps.I will also drop down I think to 6 mg of nicotine and see how that goes.I really love vaping and all the flavors out there .This problem has only come to me this past while after over a few years of vaping and it is really getting me down,I hope some of this works. My wife had told me to stop vaping and I want to keep on doing something I love.i've seen people report this & what usually winds-up helping is a PG reduced juice. You may have a slight propylene glycol allergy. you can also try reducing nicotine (which can be VERY harsh on the mouth/throat/esophagus & lungs) and you can try lowering the wattage to reduce temp & nicotine. I would recommend experimenting with lower levels of PG, & if that doesn't help, along w/ the nic + wattage, you might try reducing the VG and adding PG to the mix. Who knows? VG is traditionally known for causing "heavy lung" symptoms, while PG traditionally irritates the mouth, esophagus & throat. Citrus, Cinnamon, and other traditionally "acidic" and "corrosive" e-liquids could-be the culprit as-well.
I tried to vape 70 vg and 30 pg before but had to thin it with pg to get it to flow in my rebuildables. But I know I can go 50/50 on them. Are there any rebuildables that can run good on full VG that you could tell me about,I would be grateful to hear about that.Peety try vaping some straight VG 'till you get to the bottom of this if you must vape. Give yourself a chance to heal. Don't think you're vaping hot but I've had a bit of what you describe with some acidic juices. Moderate dilution with some VG can help with these if you don't DIY and must have such.
Good luck.

Thanks for that I will definitely try this,I really want to enjoy my vaping.May be the PG. Could also be the flavorings. I have similar issues with many/most commercial ejuice.
I Diy.
To see if it is the flavoring vape unflavored pg/vg with nic for a while.
To see if it is the PG vape high PG for a while.
Took me a week for my mouth to clear up the first go around. I learned the early symptoms and do not let it get bad when trying new flavorings.
My all day DIY vape is as follows. Thanks for that I will definitely try this,I really want to enjoy my vaping.

That's not what he suggested to do. If you have an allergy to pg then that's going to do little to nothing to help you. ELIMINATE the PGThanks for the help I will try to drop the watts and the nicotine and see how I get on with that,I hope it works I love to vape.
