Prodigy has died!

Why do things like this have to happen at the worst possible times, like when PS is moving offices? Yesterday my Prodigy just quit, wouldn't fire at all, not even with fresh batts & atty. All I can think of is it might be the switch problem I've been reading about, but I don't know what to do about it. I sent an email via the PS website, but no response yet. Meanwhile, I'm using an old 901 & 801 I still have, and supplementing with cigs because they just don't quite do the trick anymore!

Somebody help, please! :(

Here and back
I can understand your pain. No one can help you right now but I guess its obvious, in the future have a back-up to your back-up.

I'm a little frustrated too right now. I have 2 Prodigy V2's and I recieved the "repair" kits. I only installed one because I wanted to see where that took me. It works, but it stays on longer than when the button is pushed.

I have a ton of money involved in what amounts to 2 battery holders and and two switches, I wouldn't think this is high tech stuff. For a couple of hundred dollars I expect I could push a button and the thing would work.
