hey eric, hope you had a great holiday. as regards to cost on the natilus- don't think of the cost , think how much it saves... i don't know what that means actually but it is what my wife tells me when she wants to spend $ and it must work because she gets whatever she wants. just a tip......

You guys are awesome and my first stop when I'm looking for hardware. I have the new Vamo and a few other things sitting in my cart and will finish it out soon. One thing I wish you would carry is AW IMR batteries instead of just the efest IMR's. Now I have to go somewhere else for a couple more of those.

While we are aware of the popularity of AW IMRs, many customers have discovered that the Efest IMR batteries are quite comparable in both performance and endurance.
Perhaps you might consider trying them out yourself before ruling them out entirely. The price point is affordable and our return policy is fair and reasonable.
Moreover, SAFETY is of DV's utmost concern.

I would like to try a Nautilus myself but I am a bit concerned about the cost of replacement coils. The only place I have seen them listed they were 33 bucks for a five pack. As often as my favorite juice gunks up coils that could get real expensive.

Yeah, $33 for a 5 pack makes them a non-starter for me. I vape Boba's and replace my coils weekly.
I'm used to paying $6 for a 5 pack of T3s/MT3s coils.....and last week ordered an iClear 30b..... At $13 for a 5 pack, the iClear better knock my socks off or it's going in the drawer. Even if it does, $2.50 a coil is my upper limit for a weekly consumable.

I am getting the tank and coils soon, they should ship to me in the next few days.
They will not be 33 a pack. Not even close, most likely around half that, I have not figured it out with the shipping yet, when they come in I will.
The suggested MSRP is ridiculous, so much so that I almost didn't order it and I won't be following it, unless they turn around and say I can't order anymore at which point, I just won't order anymore. I agree this thing better be the best tank ever for the prices they are asking.

The only excuse that you need to get a Pinnacle is that they're so freaking awesome!
I believe it does but it's also smaller I think than the standard ARO, but will know soon, it says shipped.
I also have their windy looking drip tip extender coming, looks pretty crazy, can't wait to try it.
I would LOVE to get a red EVOD, but I don't see it as an option. Also, do you now remove items from the site that are out of stock? I will probably be wanting a black EVOD, but it isn't shown either.... ?

Depending on how much time we have to update the site, we remove items when they are no longer available.
Out of stock items will indicate 'out of stock' just as in stock items show how many we have in inventory.
We add new products as soon as they come in are tested and reviewed.

sometimes I remove them when there is a high instance of emails asking about something that just went out of stock. The red sat there for months, then all of a sudden we sold 200 in a week.. generated too many requests, so sometimes taking something off for a little while gives me a little breathing room with the emails
The battery boxes are hard, a lot of them come broken from China, haven't found a supplier yet that can send me a complete box. I kinda gave up on it
