embarrassed to admit I did not think the T3 came with replacements.... I tried removing mine but no go, so maybe there are two versions or I am just an idiot and can't get mine off, I will have to get some clarification now.

The T3's do have replaceable heads. The head and bottom are attached and the whole unit is replaceable so they are a little more expensive. I like the T2's but I like the T3's better. Just my opinion of course and we all seem to have different experiences with the different devices. I've been using one for 12 days now and I haven't had any issues other than having to rinse the wick a little more often than some others. No leaking at all and the only time I've had wicking issues is when the wick needs rinsing. I think they vape very similar to the CE3's except they hold more juice, are easier to fill and have ego threads.

that's called a DID :)

the plastic tank version is coming this Monday
I can get stainless if I pay about 3 times more and order 500. I can't do that just yet though.

I know. Do you know what kind of plastic the tank is made from? I have a couple of juices that like to cloud or melt certain kinds of tanks.

T2's and CE3's are both on top of my favorites... so let's see what comes out mixing them.

I know there's no guarantee, but I think if you could possibly get a full stainless steel DID clone in for the $50 - $70 range, you'd be able to sell as many as you can order. Some people are wary of the plated copper/brass stuff, but if they could get a stainless model that they didn't need to wait two months for or sell their first born to afford, a whole lot of people would jump on it. :)

how did you fill up the sample? ive been using the T3 for a few days now and you have to unscrew the bottom (which is the replaceable innard) to fill

Oh goodness, you are right, I'll have to find it now. I filled it from the top.
You know, maybe I didn't have the right item to begin with and I am reviewing the wrong thing!!!

so you are saying there is a long waiting list for the DID? I did not know that. If that is the case you might be right here, if I can get 500 of them all in stainless, that might actually be something I could swing if I thought they would sell.

I mean what's a second mortgage for if not for vaping gear :) LOL

is the entire unit stainless, all parts?

I don't know about the waiting list for the did (their website won't let me get into the order process due to bugs) but after exchange rates and shipping to the US, it winds up costing over $120 plus whatever fees the bank/service charges to go from USD to euros. So your advantage would be if you could deliver a SS version at around half that price point. I'd be in for at least two initially and probably more as time goes on and more funds become available.

IDK, I thought the DID was one of the few Genesis RBA's that was generally readily available. But it is 5x the price of the Griffin.

IMO, If you can get some made of SS with a glass tank to compete with the ZEN and Cobra lines, that would sell like hot cakes.

Personally, I'm just giddy with the current Griffin line. The chrome plating seems well done, and thus far shows no signs of degradation on any of mine. Just waiting on the clear tanks to finish off my collection.

Now if we could just get you to stock #500 SS mesh, DV would be one of the few US sources of #500 mesh.

I know I know, I need to get it, but it's hard for me to resell something at a profit when it is available online.
I cannot discount my time, and I end up feeling guilty for selling something like that for more than it's worth.

note: why I say "my time", it's not as simple as getting it and reshipping it. Adding new items that require manual work (ie cutting it properly and repacking) is not something I can just chalk up to part of doing business because I have less and less time as I grow)

Convenience and service is worth money to me. I would love to be able to get everything I need from one vendor (pipe dreams, I know), but I'd be willing to pay a premium on stuff knowing I'm getting great service, fast shipping, and don't have to order what I need from 20 sources.

You don't need to be the cheapest on everything. Just continue to offer fair prices and good value and great customer service and the rest will take care of itself :).

Couldn't agree more with this.

As I type, I have a tab open for the UK supplier of 500 mesh. Debating with myself whether or not I want to create yet another user account, give another web site my CC info, and pay for shipping for one little item. Well maybe not so little considering one sheet of 300mmx420mm is $15.

Would have zero hesitation paying a bit more from here, and since a few sheets of mesh shipped all by itself is such a waste of postage, no doubt I'd find something else I just have to have.

It definately wasn't a Kanger T3 if you filled from the top. The top doesn't come off. The tip looks exactly like the T2 but is permanently attached to the tank.

So what's the deal with the Kanger T3? Did Eric have his eye on a different product?

I recall reading recently on one of the DV threads that Kanger told Eric that his order was delayed because Kanger wasn't satisfied with the build quality, but T3s are showing up at other retailers. Is Kanger shipping substandard T3s to other retailers or are they jerking Eric around?

I have been holding off on a larger DV order for the T3s to arrive so that I could try one. Should I get one elsewhere to try?

I hope it's neither. I just do not know at this point.
