Unknown.... secrets = "not known or meant to be known by others".

How they get the flavor for my favorite juice; Lychee from either Bamski or Activape, two great Lychee vapes, is beyond me.

I've tried all the Lychee concentrate brands that are typically available online: FA, TFA, Hangsens, and Capellas. As far as i know Inawera doesn't have one yet.

Ever since I've tried Bamski or Activape Lychee I've been blown away by this subtle yet delicious juice, and have tried all the above to get close to either with no success.

Not that I am not happy with whats out there, they are not bad and i like FA and Hangsens the best, but they are NOT what these pro's use. At least not alone.

What i've done is make a base mix of either FA or Hangsen and just add like 20% of the store bought, and consider myself ahead of the game $-wise. At 10ml a day, 3-4mg nic, its a good savings.

Haha... that's why they are professionals and I don't expect them to give away trade secrets, but cracking the code is beyond me. Thats all; just saying.

The only thing I can think of is that those vendors aren't just using Lychee flavoring in the mix. I haven't tried those brands but If it has a creamy type flavor to it they could be adding flavors like Bavarian cream, or sweet cream, whipped cream etc into the mix. In my experience it seems very rare that only one flavor is used in the mixes sold by vendors. Perhaps it could also be things like sweetener, tart n sour (by LA), or bitter wizard (by FA) that is being added to the vendor juice to give it that professional type taste to it. A lot of trial and error will be had for sure but if you keep at it I'm sure you will be able to make a lychee juice that you like, it just might not taste exactly like the vendor juice. Try checking out the clone recipe threads you might get lucky on there or find something that comes very close to it. I wish you luck, take care :)

Yep... i actually use one or other cream flavorings in my mixes... as well as did try some of the "additives" from that thread, but the consensus was that sweeteners, and acidic boosters tend to diminish overall flavor and sweetness after a few days.

Might be couple good add ons i haven't tried.

I do use distilled water and will be doing some saline solution to my base nic/pg/vg mix, but thinking about how its only right that if you are going to pay good money for juice it might as well be something you just can't whip up by yourself... :)

but i do really like my mix (with 10 - 20% or the store bought) ... its a good feeling mitigating the $ cost of this addiction

I have come to realize that the more flavors I try on their own, the better I become discerning what's in a certain recipe. You waste a lot of dough, but in the end, you will become familiar with many essential flavors, and instantly realize what is being used in your favorite liquid. I've also used your method of mixing - 50% of my favorite NET added to a similar flavor I have created myself. It works.

I'd try mixing a couple of the different vendors Flavorings together.

I'm doing that too... I've found that most fruit flavors that work great are good down the line of brands and very similar, yet there are some distinctions, and some stand out in certain ways.
ie. Hangsen, FA, Inawera have a very nice Mango; all good, and then Capella's Sweet Mango is good but has an added natural flavor that you get in the real fruit ( i live in Hawaii and know Mangos etc)...
As a stand alone, I prefer the prior brands but if you take the Capella and mix it with another Mango (or with another fruit) it puts something unique to the mix.
HS, FA, Ina, Mango are pretty similar so mixing those hardly makes a difference; same with most Melon flavors (TFA, HS, FA etc... very good and easy btw)

I just found Hangsens Lychee for the first time (one USA vendor has it now) and its quite nice (7%)... so I mix it with the FA Lychee (4-5%)...just did that and will vape it a few days before deciding if thats going to be a better vape for me.

I still keep bottles of Bamski and or Activape Lychee coming in to give it that finishing touch :)
(also for good Lychee The Collection; Scarlet, and Vaping Birdy Fischer's Loverbird)
I've tried every Lychee flavoring I could get my hands on, and those 4 above have some secret ingredients for sure.

Lychee/Mango is an awesome mix imo :)... in fact Lychee goes well with lots of fruits and gives it a pleasing accent.
