I see the person from Cloud 9 in this forum. I am however, concerned about buying from vaporkings. I send a couple of questions in through there "contact us" link on the website and an email about 3 days ago and have yet to get a response. What are your experiences in dealing with the. Slow response to inquiries is a bit of a red flag...........

Thanks imeo, I appreciate it. It really was a question specific to them. However, your almost constant presence in the forum and the almost universal positive reviews of the GG's is giving me the confidence to complete my purchase when the units arrive in the states...........

Your inquiry (11:00PM Thursday) was 1 of the 70+ in the last week asking when the GG's and AFS would arrive. I understand everyone is antsy. I am sorry I didn't quickly respond to your questions Friday but I have had a lot on my plate the last week (including a wife who had surgery) and I try to at least take the weekend off to get away from work and spend some time with my family. We barely made it through Friday as it was. I would have without a doubt answered your question tomorrow (Monday) but please at least give me the weekend to relax a bit and get away from this computer.
I realize Lisa spends a lot of time here on the forum but I honestly just don't have time to do it. Please don't take my lack of presense as a red flag.
Hopefully the GG's will be here this coming week sometime. I don't know for sure.
Ask anyone here, I generally bend over backwards when someone needs help with something.

I hope Michelle is doing better. This was the first complaint I ever heard about your service. Your service has always been top notch.
She is doing a lot better but now she is having these coughing fits. They are bad enough themselves because she can't get any sleep but it also causes her to contract her abdominal muscles which adds fuel to the fire.
I'm sorry guys I'm just a bit stressed this last week or so. I do lag behind on things sometimes but I've had to put priorities on my daily schedule and unfortunately the "General Inquiries" CRM tickets got put towards the bottom. I'm doing everything I can to resolve that and once Michelle is back on all 8 cylinders I should have more time.

Rob your are the Man, glad you spend time with your Family that says a lot in my book, and I hope your wife is doing better with her recovery. You always seem to take care of me and im thankful for that..

You have great customer service............. Keep up the good work and if you need to take a 3 or 4 day weekend every once in while just post it on your web sight in advance so we can get our orders in on time. LOL I think you need one this week before all the GG's come piling in.... you should take at least one or two 3 or 4 day weekends a month. To keep you and your family spirits up.

We need our GG fix but we have to remember family and our health must come first. Isn't this why we are using GGs instead of smoking? We can manage a few days of waiting.

The inquiry you reference was not the inquiry I posted about. 2 days before the inquiry you referenced I send a question in about your juice (since answered by another member). Since you did not reference that question, I can only assume you did not get it due to a system glitch or something............

On a side note, too many suppliers have the name Rob. Would some of you consider changing your name, perhaps to Edgar or some other distinctive name for ease of remembering
We will call our Rob GG Super Storm Rob. I am sure that is what the SS stands for anyway.
This is true, You work hard to bring the best products too us. Great service, fast shipping, nice customer service. You cant ask for much more.
Elendil, I can without a doubt say, that its very rare for Rob not to get back to you in a timely manner...I cant even think of a time, and if it did happen, I would know something is going on...(wife having surgery) - Great guy to deal with, period.
