Brand spanking new here. Hello!

I barely speak the language, forgive me, but I have been reading these pages for about an hour so picking bits up.

I was bought a starter kit for Christmas (eGo t) and haven't smoked an 'analogue' cig (ahem) since.

I am coming to the end of the juice supplied in the kit (tobacco flavour - newbie cliche #1) and need to get some more. Reading the healpful stuff on here I think I want to try some vanilla/choc/fudge flavour AND some menthol/mint flavour AND some woody-type flavour.

The question is which brands of liquid and which e-stockists (im in UK) would you advise a brand-newbie like me to use.

Hope you can help - thanks. Looking forward to sharing my experiences for what they are worth and learning more from you.

I'm currently vaping from Trip Hammer and Pure Vape, both UK based. Loving both! It's trial and error I think. I've just received some awesome service from a dorset based company too (find them on Google) who get my thumbs up from experience (quick delivery and the juice prices are very reasonable)

Avoid the markets though, unless you can verify the source. I fell into the trap of running out and heading to the market stall for some juice - they all ended up being ant killer. Nasty doesn't cover it :( Not to say they are all the same, of course, but the fella I use hasn't a clue where it comes from, what is in it, you get the picture.

In my experience, your results may vary
When sampling e-juice at your local B&M do more than a couple of puffs. I've brought home numerous juices that were great in the store but a bust after more extensive vaping. The moral is don't fall in love at first sight. Buy small quantities at first.
Juices, in general, need steeping to reach full flavor. Ask the store clerk about the juices you buy.
Don't pour your new juice into the tank you've been using for another juice. Clean the tank and atomizer first. Better yet buy a new tank for your new juice. Left overs from the previous juice can ruin the flavor of the new juice.

I'm not sure about Duchamp's options locally, but in the UK there are very few retailers (or bricks and mortar) venues to get along to. I have to rely quite heavily on "taking a leap of faith" with the sales spin on a website. Hit and miss doesn't really cover it!

Excellent advice on cleaning tanks though, I made the mistake early doors of throwing a completely different juice in a tank and the results, well, were interesting.

Saying that, a drop of menthol in anything is good :D

*Edit, post wasn't at all clear...

Steeping refers to leaving liquid for a while to somehow enhance flavours.

Sometimes the explanation is pretty prosaic - some have an alcoholic or perfumey acridity when they're new, which will evaporate off if they're left alone for a while. Some contend that the flavours don't properly 'integrate' until the liquid has been steeped.

There are all kinds of techniques. I don't bother doing it deliberately, but I have noticed some juice gets better after a few weeks.
