Good Life Vapor had some ingredients they needed to make a few flavors (including Zombie Blood, which I ordered) get delayed thanks to USPS. Jeremy called me up and let me know that I had three options:
1. He would send the rest of the order which was already ready and set to go that day, and send the Zombie Blood the next day.
2. He would send the rest of the order, and issue store credit for the Zombie Blood.
3. He would wait to send the order until he received the Zombie Blood and send it as soon as possible (which he estimated to be the next day.)
I really appreciated him taking the time to call me up (and I'm sure other customers as well) to explain the situation and let me make the decision on how to move forward. Definitely a fan of the company.
