First of all I must say that at no time have I ever recieved a personal phone call from any store I have shopped at. That is until a few days ago. The story is as follows. I was researching the evil clone mods one day to try and find out if they were one actual reproductions of the so called high end ones,secondly to see if any of them were worth further study for an eventual purchase.
This is how I found an outstanding vendor AKA Vapors. I browsed their site and saw they had the mini Davide glassomizer for a more than reasonable price. I already had one but couldn't pass up the bargain,plus a friend had just made the switch and in celebration of that I got one to give to him. I also picked up the mini's big brother also a great price and silicone zombie drip trip. My friend was so impressed with the tank he asked me to order one for his wife for her birthday. So she wouldn't know it was coming I ordered it and had it sent to his address.
Now here is where it gets good. My friend says to me hey do they have a referal progam since you told me about them I would like to let them know. Well the site didn't mention one so I sent a message with the explaination and got a reply back stating that they didn't at the time but would gladly send me one of the plastic tank style bccs they carry free with my next order. I was like cool that's awesome. I was expecting perhaps a coupon code or something along those lines not free stuff. Well when I had ordered the things for his wife I created an account for my friend using his info but when checking out had to put my address for the billing portion. So some confusion ensued and the owner Lisa called me to make sure she had the right info and to apologize for not sending me a tank with the order.
I was impressed by the fact that she took the time to do that. How many businesses would do that? She took down my information and said I would be getting something in a few days time. I was expecting an average bcc plastic tankomizer but was surprised to find she'd sent me a pro tank vesion 1. I don't know about you but that was above and beyond in my book and something you don't find these days. So I highly recomend this vendor for their super customer service and personal touch.
