PG (Propylene Glycol) - used in food flavorings and also in fog machines at nightclubs to produce the smoke appearance. PG gives a better throat hit and carries flavor better. Some people are sensitive to PG. Most commonly used base liquid in the market today.
VG (Vegetable Glycerin) - much thicker than PG and is derived from vegtables. Lesser allergic reaction compared to PG. Harder draw and might clog atties at 100%.

I got this from a website. Generally what is recommend in terms of percentage for a new e.cig smoker? Like pg60%,vg40% that kind. Should i just take pg100%?

I like a 50/50 blend.....it is really a matter of personal preference.....some people, as you said, are allergic to pg...when using 100% vg I usually thin it with 10%-15% distilled water before adding nic and flavoring if you DIY...if buying 100% ejuice from a vendor, you can ask them to thin it for you....

Okay thanks. Cuz i was preparing to order like 3 bottles of 10ml in one shot. So i wanted to get the correct mixture before buying.

Always a good idea to have some Vg and PG to customize your juice in case you want/ need extra vapor, flavor or TH.VG USP can be bought at any pharmacy in the band aid section/ first aid section but PG sometimes harder to find.
Now that you have 5 posts you can post in the Singapore Vapers Forum and send/ receive emails/ pm's. Seeing as there are problems associated with vaping in Singapore they may have some tips for you.

I started off using the 50/50 mixture that my local supplier carries. It wasn't till I ordered online from Virgin Vapors that I tried the 100% VG mixture. Oddly enough... it all seemed about the same to me. The 100% VG seemed almost drier to me, but it could have been the flavor I was using as well. Personally, I enjoy the mist... it's what makes me feel like I'm smoking a real cigarette (which, by the way... I've not had a real one in 2 days and I'm not missing them at all). I think maybe being new (like me... I've only been vaping about 1 1/2 months) you just need to try a few different blends and find the one that is right for you. I think I've decided that I prefer the 50/50 with a lower resistence atomizer... it's what works best for me to get that throat hit that I love so much.
