Pros/cons of cartomizers?

heck if you are just starting and have an ego battery splurge on an ego tank atomizer and some tanks. while they may have some of the drawbacks of the cartomizers it is a much cleaner taste and so far 36 hours (granted i am a new enthusiast and haven't fried my atomizer yet) this is the best solution i have had in a year of on and off vaping. (carts are fun for sampling flavors, sharing (cheap favor to a friend get the battery back later) and for the smaller battery cigarette style smoke work well as a smoking equivalent.
