It's hard to know exactly what the problem is with your particular setup, but a common problem that I discovered is that after putting in a new coil and filling the tank with juice, you need to let it sit for ten minutes or so, in order for the wick to soak up enough juice.
Also, check your o-rings. There should be one on either side of the glass tank, as well as one around the base where the coil goes, opposite side from the 510 connector. Try making sure your coil head is screwed in tight, too; sometimes they can come loose when you're putting the base assembly back on the tank.
Overfilling is another common cause of leakage, especially the kind you're talking about where you wind up sucking raw juice. Remember to spit that out immediately and rinse out your mouth with water, as it's not meant to be ingested.
Next time it leaks, try taking it apart very slowly and carefully inspecting all the parts to see if you can determine exactly where the leak is happening. I use pt2's almost exclusively now, and I know they can be fussy sometimes. But once you find the problem and correct it, you'll be back to vaping happy in no time.
