Protank vape getting no flavor

I got a Kanger Protank and a CE5 to use with my ego-c batteries.
The CE5 is alright with great flavor but I can't seem to get enough vapor without it burning too hot which causes a burnt taste.
But my main concern is my protank. It produces great vapor, it's nice but it has no flavor for some reason.
I used the same VG liquid with both.

It seems quite odd. I really like the protank but there's just no flavor when vaping.

Did you try removing 1 of the wicks sitting on top of the coil?

you may have to adjust the voltage up a little for the Protank depending on the coil and juice pg/vg ratio

Try re wicking the Protank with cotton wicks, a search will get you all kinds of posts on cotton wicks. Muche better flavor and, since you run a high or all VG juice, you need the extra absorbancy of cotton. Protanks can mute flavors, but a better wick for the juice you use helps resolve that problem.

More voltage and restricting the air at the mouth piece helps, I push a piece if airline tubing in there and that does a pretty good job.
