Protank2 on the eVic

Has anyone notice the air flow seems really restricted when its flush on the top cap? If I back it off I get better airflow but it is wobbly.

I have 4 PT2's, and none have a hard draw as you describe. I tighten only to make contact and "just past wobbly." You sure yours are genuine?

The have all the Kanager markings and came in kanger boxes. Its just a tighter draw when its on the evic compared when I have it on my twist

My PT2 has a batter air draw than my PT1 on my eVic, but that doesn't change the fact they both still work great. Only thing I've really noticed is that my juices burn when I push it higher than 6.5 watts, but my evods don't start burning until over 7.6 watts and my Novas at 8.0 watts.

My PT2 does not exhibit any air flow restriction on my Evic. Vapes the same as on my SID and MVP.

The protank 2 on my evic doesn't have any airflow problems. I can screw it down all the way. In fact I don't really like it, it's way to airy.

If you have a original protank swap the base. If not just order one.
PT2 Base side holes are 1/2 the diameter of the original and a few are defective. Block all air when snugged on device.

Also the ProTank 2 base is stronger than the PT1 base and therefore less likely to have the 510 threads break off in your eVic if dropped. That is one of the many improvements over the PT1.

Do not let anyone fool you with that.
PT1 Base and Pt2 Base are Identical in Material and Machining with the exception of the Air Hole Diameter.
Only guaranteed stronger base is the Tatroe tank Base made of SS. Noticeably heavier.
