Protege Manual Question

I received a Prodigy V1 card with my Protege. Was I supposed to get a different one or, since they are similar, are the Prodigy V1 cards included with all PVs?

The operation is essentially the same, so both devices come with the Prodigy card. Sorry for the confusion!
